Yeliccia

Yeliccia, officially the Governorate of Yeliccia, is a vassal state of the Ciottermans in Eastern Meridia. It is ruled by various appointed governors by the Padishah of the Ciotterman Empire. The area was originally covered by many small warring states that the Ciottermans easily conquered.

For administrative purposes, they made Yeliccia a single state of which their appointed governor, first from a helpful local leader, could handle with the help of a few small Ciotterman administrators.
