Overview
Billiam7779, also known as Willow, is the mayor (Chaircat) of The Citadel and an advocate for the small towns of Infaru. Nya claims to be born of Karl Marx and Donald J. Trump. Nya desires to become "a great leader of men, women, and cats" (sic).

Minimal taxation

Villager liberation

Willow was the author of The Cruelty to Villagers Act, a failed Urban Assembally bill.
