The election had the potential to affect Liberal-conservative status quo. On two districts being disputed, district 5 and district 6, There was serious competition to the Liberal Conservative candidates from the up and coming Federation of Mutualists and Agrarians. Both districts 5 and 6 were competitive, whilst the district 7 election had a very small and unanimous turnout.
Districts 5 and 6 both had 2 candidates, one from the Liberal Conservative Party, and the other from the Federation of Mutualists and Agrarians. District 7 had only one candidate from the Federation of Mutualists and Agrarians
Results
The election mainly reinforced the status-quo, maintaining the supermajority held by the the Liberal-Conservative party in Senate and the singular seat held by the Federation of Mutualist Agrarians.
