The Faruan Army, briefly known as the South Faruan Army in it's final day, was a short lived military force during the revolutionary era of Faru. They were based in and mostly comprised of residents of the defunct far southern town of Nova City and fought in the Cossack War.

History

Background

The Farun Army was founded on April 13, 2024 as a reaction to cossack raids in southern Faru. It found initial success in driving the raiders from the region and was supported by local militas such as the Urbis City Milita.

Cossack War

The army was involved in the earliest stages of the cossack war, driving the cossacks away from Faru and into Mulgaria, and fighting the infamous Siege of The Cossack Hole.

Reform and Dissolution

The General of the Army Loga Pincoya, finding himself unable to properly counteract the cossack incursion into northern Faru, reformed his army into the "South Faruan Army", before finally dissolving it into a local militia and leaving Faru defenseless for a short period.
