Smith Jefferson, also known as PsychBrother, is the Mayor of the New Heavensworth settlement and Viceroy of Anguille
Early Life
Smith Jefferson was born 22 Pluviôse 1640 to a Merchant and a Whore in the capital of aréole in Brest. He grew up not knowing much about his father but using his name to get into places that not even a serf or a freeman could freely.go into Jefferson could gain access to thanks to his own father's reputation.
