InfaruV1:2nd Constitution of Infaru (InfaruV1)

The Second Constitution of Infaru was created to patch holes in the 1st Constitution of Infaru after Executive order 001 and extreme Supreme Court corruption to fix three issues:

1. The Supreme Court having unlimited power to declare anything constitutional or unconstitutional with no oversight,
2. The President's Executive Orders being too powerful,
3. Parliament being generally weak.

The Second Constitution fixed these issues by:

1. Creating a low court to handle everyday player related issues and a high court made up of staff and low court judges to handle constitutional related issues,
2. Removing the President's ability to veto bills or create executive orders, and removing them from the cabinet that Executive Order 002 created , giving the cabinet to the Consuls instead,
3. Ultimately these changes resulted in a more empowered parliament.
