The Miners' and Soldiers' Council of Pen Island (MSC Pen Island), commonly referred to as Pen Island is a town settlement on an island in south-western Faru. It is governed by the Council of Pen Island, which is composed of Grigory Giggles and Plimmy.

History

Pen Island-Liberty City land dispute

Not long after being established, Pen Island entered conflict with Liberty City, after the Emperor Cranberry contacted Grigori Giggles to claim that their bailey was intruding into their land. Things escalated when a railroad was built on disputed land by the Libertines. The Penisians responded with a wall and toll station, with the latter being destroyed by General Ashton von Lüttwitz on May 9th, as it was deemed illegal.
