Louise Jeanne Loutre is a Deputy Vice Rear Admiral of the Far Western Fleet.

Early Life and Career

She was born to two sailors from Dannisburg. Louise, at the age of 13, had been impressed into the Royal Navy of The Kingdom of Aréole. After 2 years in the military, she was sent to the Ècole Militaire Royale de Brest to become an officer of the Royal Navy of The Kingdom of Aréole. After 3 years of education, she was made a Deputy Vice Rear Admiral and sent to the colony of Anguilles to fight against pirates.
