S'yera Volchok (previously known as Anatoly Volchok) is the current Chief of State Police, Master of Southern Interior, General of Arms of the Southern Gendarmarie. She is also a former Senator and Minister of Defense. She is played by Foxcubensis.

Humble beginnings

S'yera was a humble soldier (military engineer) in the Swopian Armed Forces, and moved from the Swopian Union to Faru after Kino Volchok, her wealthy brother, died. She inherited most of his assets and moved to Fort Kenneth and Urbis City, where she lived humbly for a brief period of time, expecting to start a logging company.

Life as a Senator

S'yera was elected on 11/24/2024 in District 1, winning 2 Volchok and 0 Against. Her term was short, as she was elected during a snap election and was just filling in for John McHale. She did not run again, as redistricting added Novagrad and removed Providence from District 1, making re-election untenable.

She would author and introduce V.C.P.R.A, regarded as the single most influential bill in regards to policing in Farun history, with it being passed on 12/02/2024.

Life as a cop

S'yera would join the State Police on 11/24/2024. While guarding a speech by President Ljuba Milenkovic, an assassin attempted to kill Premier Andrej Sobczyk by hitting him off a building. S'yera swiftly responded and apprehended the suspect while officer (at the time) Mike November cared for the Premier. She was promoted to Officer for this act.

S'yera was promoted to Police Commissioner of the Southern Precinct on 11/27/2024, which placed her in command of all officers in southern cities such as Urbis City and Zallisburg. She was named head of the Hugo Rhinehart taskforce and battled Hugo multiple times, ending with hugo's arrest in an epic ocean chase which included a navy destroyer being called in to help. She would receive the "von Luttwitz Law Enforcement Excellence Award" for her efforts.

S'yera would be promoted to Chief of State Police after John McHale passed the torch to her on the 13th of December 2024, becoming the second chief of state police.

Short-lived Ministry of Defense Career

S'yera, to her surprise and to everyone else's surprise, was elected Minister of Defense by the senate on 12/09/2024. She replaced Anton Melekov and decided to role with the position, until shortly after the St. Olga Uprising. S'yera resigned, stating how she realizes how much time and care is required for the ministry, citing it's rag-tag, disorganized state; and said how she has to think of her other responsibilities as a southern minister, a police officer, and heir to John McHale's reign as chief of police.
