First Dunska Cabinet

From Infarupedia

The Dunska cabinet was the first cabinet of Faru, led by Premier Velik iz Dunska. The cabinet was composed of Dunska's Liberal-Conservative Party, and remained in power thanks to confidence and supply from the Whig Party. The government, while holding a minority in the senate, was able to remain in power during the May Elections despite the Presidency never going to a Liberal-Conservative.

The cabinet begun soon after an anti-socialist alliance between Liberal Senator Velik iz Dunska and Conservative Senator Nikola Vulovic was formed, creating the Liberal-Conservative Party. Dunska won the first ever Premier vote with three out of five senators supporting her.[1]

There was some votes of no-confidence against the cabinet, however failed to pass and Premier Dunska was able to solidify her position as primer.

The Cabinet was not wholly under the Premier's control, as the Minister of Defense reports to and is approved by the President as per the constitution.
