Revolutionary Divesk Congress

The Revolutionary Divesk Congress (French: Congrès révolutionnaire de Divesque) was a constituent assembly in Divesk on the 29th of September. To last 3 weeks, it had the goal of formulating a document of governance after the provisional government. It was made up of the Delegated Popular Power Council, the local district of the Revolutionary League of Shop Stewards and local Divesk residents. The Congress was chaired by De_Remuva.

Timeline

September 28-29

The congress was opened, Lord Lieutenant De Remuva was declared chair. Points to address were clarified: governance, engagement, agricultural rejuvenation, means of autogestion. The congress agreed to keep treaties signed by the provisional government.

October 5-6

Session re-opened. Adoption of the red banner as the official flag for the future government. Ideas of principles of consensus and popular assemblies accepted. Proposals for agricultural rejuvenation and settlement rezoning presented and accepted. Presentation on means on autogestive settlement protection within a popular framework discussed and approved.

October 12-13

On the 12th-13th (depending on timezone), final points of structures of governance for the new Divesk system were in place. Before the document could be finalized, everyone in the settlement spontaneously disappeared.
